According to Forbes, the World Health Organization (WHO) wants to change how marijuana is scheduled under drug restrictions. They reassign whole-plant marijuana and resin from the Schedule IV category to a Schedule I. If the changes are adopted, it would serve as an admission by world governments that they were wrong about marijuana.
